Planting date:
Pepper seeds are sown in well-prepared nurseries in two rows.
The first: in the month (August-September).
The second: in the month (February-March) and when the seedlings become suitable for transport, they are planted in the permanent land.
Seed Quantity:
One acre needs (100-150) grams of seeds.
Preparing the land for planting:
The land is prepared as prepared for the cultivation of tomatoes, then it is divided into lines at a rate of (9-10) lines in the two canes, then seedlings are planted in the presence of water at a distance of (30-50 cm) between one seedling and the other according to the variety.
Fertilization:
Fertilize pepper plants with compound chemical fertilizers containing (nitrogen-phosphorous-potassium) in two batches, the first one month after sowing and the second three weeks after the first, at a rate of (120-150) kilograms per acre.
