DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY :

We deliver our Products across UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 25. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Returns Policy:

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if :

• The product is damaged.
• You have received a wrong product.

In this case we will refund to you the product amount including the amount paid for the original shipping fees .

Non-returnable Products:

You do not have a right to return a products in respect of:

• Products that have been used or installed or damaged by you
• Not in the same condition as you received them.

In certain conditions we can return the product and we will refund to you the product amount including the amount paid for the original shipping fees and we will charge you the cost of return.

Cancellation Policy:

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
