Pour your yogurt or cream into the drum and add water up to the paddle level. Make sure everything is at room temperature (25°C – 30°C). Close the tempered glass lid, set the timer knob to your desired time, and the machine starts churning. It will stop automatically when the timer runs out. Collect the butter from the top with a slotted spoon, wash it with ice cold water, shape it, and it is ready to serve.
